This is what I feel.....

Ahkak nak membuat luahan perasaan. It is not  about akak. This what I feel about other people.

U know, when u are working in an organization or company or even u are staying in a society... u have to stay with other people. Either many people or less people depends on the size of the organization. U have to compliment to each other to complete the working process. U cannot do it alone. Or else u are working by urself at home whereas u dont have to meet poeple and can do ur work alone... But for an example akak working in a pejabat and even akak boss pun ( sebagai contoh ye..akak bukan boss pun) I cannot do the job alone without help and assistance from my subordinates. Can u see the picture that akak try to convey here??  We are meant to compliment to each other no matter what is our position. So, when the organization in organized well automatically the people inside it will be well organized to. They will be positive and happy working and able to work in a harmony and nice ambiance. Every day we start our day with big smile... feeling calm and... pendek kata sangat selesa in doing our jobs like we cant wait for tomorrow. 

But what happen if we have the person who out of the circle? Simultaneously it become like a dark little dot in a cup of milk. The nice and the beautiful look of the milk will be ruined. That is  how I can potray about when we have this kind of people around us. Akak bukannya bagus sgt but akak try to be good with all my heart. Buttt.... dont expect other people will be positive and always try to be good like us.. Dalam setiap kesempurnaan akan ada sedikit cela. 

Back to the organization / department that akak mention before. 

Akan ada jugak orang yang pentingkan diri sendiri. Tanak berkongsi kelebihan yang ada pada diri dia. Biar dia sorang je yang tahu keje tu. Bila dia MC, tergagau2 orang lain tak tahu kebenda tntg keje orang tu bila disoal oleh bos. Maksudnya orang lain tak tahu langsung dan tak boleh nak tolong backup orang yang MC tu sebab mereka tak pernah diberitahu dan mungkin mereka tak cuba ambil tahu tntg proses kerja orang yang MC. Sampaikan PC tu siap berpassword bagai dan takde sesapa boleh buka PC dia kalau dia cuti atau MC. Why not sharing?? 

Akan ada orang yang suka laga-lagakan orang. Dia tak suka orang tu, dia citer kat kite kisah2 buruk pasal orang tu so that kita pun tak suka sama orang yang dia tak suka. 

Suka amik kesempatan. Dia nak tahu pape maklumat dari kita or nak minta tolong kita. Dia mula la nyendel2 buat2 baik dengan kita sebab nak korek rahsia dari kita. Dia rapat dgn kita for her good jek la. Bila takde kepentingan tak pedulik2 pun pasal kita kan. 

Ada jugak suka make fun of other people macamkan dia tu perfect sangattt.. Dia make fun of us sesama geng dia jek. So disebabkan kita bukan apart of his/her gang, maybe kita tak tahu la. 

Akak observed that. Maybe akak also included in any of these situations akak tak pasti la. 

But top of all.... thts not good.
